Add the year group from a list
Paste your students in and each one gets their own join link. Nobody has to collect phone numbers, and no student needs an account before you start — they claim their own seat when they open the link.
Consent before anyone is added
The dashboard will not add a single student until you confirm you have the consent to do so. It is a hard stop in the software, not a checkbox in a policy document — because these are often minors and the answer has to be yes before, not after.
One announcement, the whole group

We are responsible for minors. What happens to their data?
Students are added as a name on your list and nothing more — no phone number, no email required. They only exist as an account if they choose to claim their place. You confirm consent before anyone is added, the dashboard shows no payment or commission surfaces to a school at all, and a student can leave the trip chat themselves.
