Day 1
- 08:30
Hadrian's Gate
~45 minStart the morning at Antalya's most photogenic threshold. Built to honour the emperor's 130 AD visit, the triple-arched gate offers clean geometry and carved detail that reward both wide shots and close-up work. Early light rakes beautifully across the relief surfaces before the crowds arrive.
- 09:30
Hidirlik Tower
~45 minA short walk from the gate, this squat Roman tower sits at the southwestern tip of the old city walls with the harbour and open Mediterranean stretching beyond it. The contrast of ancient stone against deep blue water makes it one of the coast's most satisfying compositions.

- 10:30
Kesik Minare
~50 minThe 'Broken Minaret' is Kaleiçi's great palimpsest — a Roman temple converted to a Byzantine church, then to a mosque, then partially destroyed by fire, each layer still legible in the stonework. Photograph the truncated minaret against the sky for a study in architectural time.

- 11:30
Tekeli Mehmet Paşa Mosque
~40 minOne of Antalya's finest Ottoman-era mosques, its exterior tiles and courtyard proportions photograph especially well at midday when the light is direct and the blue-and-white ceramics sing. A quieter stop than the more-visited sites, giving you room to compose without crowds in frame.

- 13:00
Antalya Museum
~120 minSpend the afternoon inside one of Turkey's great archaeological collections. Sculpture from Perge, sarcophagi, coins, and ethnographic rooms give you controlled interior light and extraordinary subjects — the Hall of Gods alone is worth an hour with a camera.

- 15:30
Konyaaltı Beach
~90 minEnd the day at the long pebble shoreline that runs west from the city cliffs. Late-afternoon golden hour turns the Beydağları mountains behind the beach into a dramatic backdrop, and the interplay of mountain, sea, and sky gives landscape photographers plenty to work with before the light fades.
