SMOVECITY is built by **SMOVE.CITY LIMITED** (Cyprus, VAT CY10406652T), founded by **Constantin Vermoere** in Brussels in 2018. The product began as an open mobility-data layer for cities and operators and grew into a consumer travel super-app shipped on the App Store on **13 May 2026** (iOS) with Android in closed testing.
